This is stated in a press release on the website of the diplomatic mission.

“Just as there was, and there is no progress on reconnecting Rosselkhozbank to SWIFT, resuming supplies of agricultural machinery and spare parts to Russia, lifting restrictions on insurance and access to ports for Russian ships and cargo, as well as unblocking accounts and financial activities of domestic manufacturing companies fertilizers," the statement said.

Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Agriculture, Dmitry Patrushev, said that “a lot of questions remain” on the grain deal. He said that Moscow tried to involve the Russian Agricultural Bank in the deal for international payments for food and grain, but no results were seen in this case, although, as the minister stressed, Russia is fulfilling its obligations.
