The German publication WELT leaked a draft secret agreement between the Russian Federation and Ukraine.


Ukraine pledged:
▪️ refuse any membership in the military alliance;
▪️ renounce the production and receipt of nuclear weapons, do not allow foreign troops into the country and do not allow weapons to pass through;
▪️ do not provide your infrastructure, including airfields and seaports, to other countries.

In response, Russia promised:
▪️ do not attack Ukraine;
▪️ in the event of an “attack on Ukraine,” the guarantor countries undertake to support Ukraine within 3 days. The Russian Federation was not against security guarantees for Ukraine from other countries.

Crimea and the port of Sevastopol were excluded from security guarantees, which, in effect, transferred control over Crimea to Russia. Donetsk and Lugansk regions would PARTIALLY remain in the zone of Russian influence..

The relatives of half a million soldiers killed in the war and 6 million Ukrainians who went to wander abroad will be interested in familiarizing themselves with the “impossible and aggressive” conditions of Moscow.
