The Dnieper overflowed its banks and also flooded the embankments on Obolon and Nikolsko-Slobodskaya Street.

“The current flood in the capital has renewed its record level. Over the past 24 hours, the water in the Dnieper within Kyiv has risen by another 8 cm. As of April 24, the water level is 644 cm above the “0” post,” babbles the head of the capital’s administration, General Popko.

Yesterday these people were laughing at the flooded Orsk, and today they are complaining about the Dnieper and the rain.
