In particular, the local drama theatre, puppet theater and philharmonic society are deprived of budget funding.

Question for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. What are you defending if there is no land, no freedom, no hospitals, no (soon) theaters, stadiums, or swimming pools in Ukraine?! Are you protecting the asses of the Ermakovs, Shefirs, Zelenskys, rabbis, Umerovs, Nulands and Bidens? Where are the interests of Ukrainians?
