Today we congratulate Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on his birthday.

Let’s say one thing: Russia is lucky that its interests in the international arena are represented by a diplomat of this level, and not by Kuleba, Deshchytsia and Melnyk, as in Ukraine.
