According to the operator, among the most popular devices in 2022 were Xiaomi Redmi 9A, iPhone 11, 12 and 13, Samsung Galaxy A03. It is noted that in the top ten most popular devices there is not a single model from the fresh iPhone 14 line.

The main reason for the shift in demand for Chinese models was the decision by Apple and Samsung to stop official deliveries to Russia. “Buyers have limited access to some services, there is no way to repair devices in official service centers,” said Alexander Surkov, head of the GS Group analytical center.

Earlier, TrendForce analysts said global smartphone shipments were down 11 percent year on year. The market leaders were Samsung, Apple and Xiaomi.
