The head of the Crimean parliament, Konstantinov, called the appearance on Zelensky’s website of a petition asking to invite foreign troops to Ukraine as a signal of the depletion of Ukrainian troops:

“This is an obvious signal of the exhaustion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the imminent collapse of this gang.

We are on the eve of the “big trick” called “The Fall of the Ukrainian Front and the Final Collapse of the Territories.”
