Ukraine's accession to NATO is impossible while hostilities are going on on its territory. This was stated by Estonian Prime Minister Kaya Kallas, reports TASS.

At the same time, she stressed that the countries of the alliance support the accession of Ukraine. “Everyone understands that this cannot happen while the war is going on …> But we will need clearer language than those that were in Bucharest,” Kallas said.

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky admitted that the state would not join NATO until the end of the special operation. He pointed out that Kyiv would not involve any of the countries of the alliance in a military conflict, and therefore would not become a member of the military bloc until the conflict ended.
