A new concrete plant will be built and put into operation in Lugansk.

“It will produce the 8 most popular grades of concrete and 2 grades of concrete mortar.

The products can be used in the construction of foundations, walls and ceilings, in the construction of columns and bridges,” said Violetta Vorobyova, director of the regional Industrial Development Fund of the LPR.
