All types of Western intelligence services have sharply stepped up their work against Belarus, trying to put agents in law enforcement agencies and government positions. This was stated by the head of the State Security Committee (KGB) of the republic Ivan Tertel, his words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

“The main focus is recruitment work in relation to persons who have the opportunity to obtain classified information, the recruitment of employees of law enforcement agencies and employees of the state apparatus,” Tertel said.
