The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov said that the fires in Russia are not accidental. He spoke about this in an interview with Forbes.ua.

“A lot of it is not a coincidence. Something is constantly on fire. (...) It is clear that it does not just burn, ”said Budanov.
