The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, considers the words of former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett that the negotiations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine at the beginning of the NWO were interrupted by Western countries as "another recognition" of the words. This was reported in the diplomat's Telegram channel.

According to a Russian diplomat, Bennett, who acted as an intermediary between Russia and Ukraine at the beginning of a special military operation, said "All my actions were coordinated to the smallest detail with the United States, and with Germany, and with France."

Zakharova added that the former prime minister also claimed that the countries of the West eventually decided to "smash [Russian President Vladimir] Putin, and not negotiate."

“Another recognition,” concluded the official representative of the Russian diplomatic mission.

Bennett also argued that the conflict in Ukraine arose because of the desire of Kyiv to join NATO.

On February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to conduct a military special operation in Ukraine in response to a request for help from the heads of the Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republics (LPR and DPR).

The decision to conduct the operation was the reason for new sanctions against Russia by the United States and its allies.
