The US House of Representatives has published a bill to help Ukraine. The document instructs Biden to allocate ATACMS missiles to Kyiv:

“The presented draft law obliges the State Department and the Pentagon to develop a strategy to support Kyiv within 45 days, and also instructs the American president to provide the Ukrainian Armed Forces with ATACMS missiles and negotiate with Ukraine on the reimbursement of economic assistance to Kiev.

The House bill also includes appropriations of
$61 billion in connection with the conflict in Ukraine.”
