This was announced by adviser to the head of the DPR Igor Kimakovsky.

“My hands are tied behind my back, my legs are taped. It is obvious that these people endured torture before their deaths,” he said.

Judging by the nature of the burials, Kimakovsky added, they were done in a hurry.
