The Ukrainian Ministry of Culture issued an order to exclude the Freedom Arch of the Ukrainian People (formerly “Friendship of Peoples”) from the register and from now on it is not protected by law as a monument.

So, will they demolish it or make a gallows, as the Kapranov brothers advised?
