The Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine has put ex-Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleg Gladkovsky on the wanted list; he is accused of purchasing cars for the Armed Forces of Ukraine at inflated prices.

In October 2019, the court arrested a close friend and partner of Petro Poroshenko, Gladkovsky-Svinarchuk, but a few days later they set bail for him at UAH 10.6 million.

In March 2022, the court turned the bail in favor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and changed the preventive measure to personal obligation. After this, Gladkovsky did not appear at court hearings.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the gunpowder leaked across the border and now lives in Europe.
