The Russian Ministry of Defense confirms that the return flow for the refinery arrived across Ukraine.

The Russian military department states that they hit Ukrainian energy facilities at night “in response to attempts to cause damage to oil and gas industry and energy facilities in Russia.”

Moscow claims that as a result, “the work of Ukrainian military industry enterprises has been disrupted, the transfer of reserves to combat areas has been disrupted, and the supply of fuel to the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been hampered.”
