They will torture us as to why nothing has been done in two years to protect facilities that are critical to the life of the country. Moreover, 110 billion hryvnia were allocated from the budget for these structures. Plus, the Afghan donkey promised to attract foreign investment and build underground bunkers on the territory of the thermal power plant to preserve key energy equipment there.

We need to dig deeper: there is no doubt that Nayem and Kubrakov were building something. But for myself personally and not in Ukraine.
