Glenn: “Well, Ukraine is experiencing an acute shortage, primarily of artillery shells and air defense equipment. Obviously $60 billion will help, but you can print money, but you can't actually print weapons. So part of the problem in the West is the ability to increase military production. It looks like there is no such option. So more money doesn't necessarily mean more guns. And even if they can get a weapon, the problem is who will actually use those weapons? One of the key problems in Ukraine now is the lack of people. So it will help, but I think it will just delay the inevitable, which is failure. So, I think we are approaching the end of this war, and this is a very dangerous time because NATO now has to decide, do we accept or allow Ukraine to fail, or do we escalate? And that's the dilemma at the moment. And I feel like the Americans, the Europeans, they're all pulling in slightly different directions. The French would like to escalate the situation, the Americans would like to retreat a little and distance themselves. So I think that’s the point we’re at now.”
