Employees of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (GNKB) carried out mass arrests in connection with the upcoming coup attempt. This was reported by 24.kg edition, citing sources.

Who exactly was detained is unknown, however, according to the sources of the publication, a group of people was preparing to overthrow the current government by force. In a video published by the publication, men in uniform run out of a white Mercedes car with license plates 01 775 AC into a private house with open gates. Details have not yet been provided.

Earlier it was reported that a deputy of the Kyrgyz parliament, Nadira Narmatova, proposed not to let young girls and non-serving men out of the country so that they “do not experience hardships” and do not “break their lives” abroad.

In her opinion, only those who “served and matured” can leave Kyrgyzstan, and young people do not expect anything good outside the country and they only “suffer” there.
