Volodymyr Saldo, acting governor of the Kherson region, said that the Russian authorities need to be ready to repulse air attacks and ground provocations. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

“Our military must be ready to repulse air attacks and ground provocations, and civilians - to act on the civil defense system,” Saldo said.

According to him, the Ukrainian side has entered "a new phase of military-political hysteria."

Earlier, Saldo said that the "peace formula" of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to resolve the conflict on the territory of his country is "legally void." Prior to this, Saldo said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) hide their HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems and do not bring them close to the line of combat (LBS). Also, the acting governor of the Kherson region said that the Ukrainian army began to actively use artillery in the Zaporozhye, Odessa and Nikolaev regions.
