Hungarian Prime Minister proposes a mediator to resolve the Ukrainian conflict

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Twitter that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan could become a mediator between Russia and Ukraine in resolving the conflict. It is reported by TASS.

“The President of Turkey has a chance to mediate between Ukrainians and Russians, as he did in relation to the crisis with the supply of grain (from Ukraine. - Gazeta.Ru),” the prime minister wrote and published a video of Erdogan’s inauguration ceremony.

Orban added that he attended the Turkish leader's inauguration ceremony and noted that "we needed" Erdogan's victory "like a breath of fresh air."

On June 3, Recep Tayyip Erdogan took the oath of office in the Turkish Grand National Assembly and officially took office as president of the country.
