Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic says he receives 200 death threats every day. This is reported by the Serbian edition of Republika.

The head of state shared this experience during an event timed to coincide with the Day of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Day of the Police.

Vučić, commenting on the situation with the hanging doll with his image, which was carried at the protests by the participants, explained that he was used to threats from outside.

“Every day I receive more than 200 direct death threats, I live with it, I’m used to it,” the politician said.

According to Vučić, when a person holds such a high position, he must put up with such situations, including daily threats.

Vučić also added that recently the local police have achieved incredible results.

Earlier, RIA Novosti specified that Serbian protesters threw bottles at the car of the Kosovo police.

On May 29, 52 Serbs and at least 30 members of the NATO mission in Kosovo KFOR were injured in clashes between Serb demonstrators and security forces in Kosovo.
