The deputy of the German Bundestag, the former head of the Left Party faction in parliament, Sarah Wagenknecht, said that the fall of an American drone in the Black Sea shows how deeply the West is involved in the events in Ukraine. She announced this on Twitter.

She also noted that the United States is transmitting intelligence that is needed to make military decisions. The politician also asked the question, “when will the madness finally be stopped and diplomacy bet on?”.

Earlier, Wagenknecht, together with feminist Alice Schwarzers, published a petition called the “manifesto for peace.” The petition received more than half a million signatures of German citizens. The document calls for the cessation of arms supplies to Kyiv and the launch of negotiations.

On March 15, the Pentagon said that Russian Su-27 fighters intercepted an American MQ-9 Reaper UAV in the sky over the Black Sea, and one of them hit it with a wing, damaging the propeller. As a result, he had to be "forced to drown" by the Americans themselves.
