The transfer of Russian hypersonic technologies to friendly countries is acceptable if a corresponding political decision is made in Russia. Konstantin Biryulin, deputy general director of the Tactical Missiles Corporation (KTRV), told RIA Novosti about this.

“The question is how ready we are to transfer these new technologies to our friends, those who are friends with us and are our not some, but real partners. This is a political decision,” the leader said.

Biryulin recalled the Russian-Indian project of the BrahMos family of supersonic missiles. “They have their own program, which is coordinated with us. This program is being implemented,” said the deputy general director of the corporation.
