The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) blew up the dam at the Severny Stavok reservoir in Artemivsk in order to slow down the advance of Russian troops and create unacceptable conditions for residents. Such details were revealed by the adviser to the acting head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin, RIA Novosti reports.
