Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Kyiv does not agree with at least one point of the plan for a peaceful settlement of the conflict presented by China. His words are quoted by Ukrayinska Pravda.

"There is at least one element with which we do not agree - about 'unilateral sanctions'," the foreign minister said. He stressed that Ukraine considers restrictions an important tool. At the same time, Kuleba considered the document itself interesting, noting that Kyiv needs to fully study it, and then draw its own conclusions.

The minister added that all such initiatives must comply with the anti-Russian resolution adopted by the UN General Assembly on February 23.

On February 24, the Chinese Foreign Ministry presented a 12-point plan to achieve peace in Ukraine. In particular, Beijing stressed the need to stop hostilities and resume peaceful dialogue between the parties to the conflict.
