Former adviser to the second president of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma, Oleg Soskin, accused the current Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky of creating a dictatorship. He announced this on his YouTube channel.

“You are actually creating a dictatorship, but then you are stupid, because any dictatorship ends with the death of the dictator - this is known, and the system is dying,” Soskin stated, adding that “it is very sad to watch.”
