The head of the Servant of the People presidential faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia, praised China's plan to resolve the Ukrainian conflict. On the air of the Rada TV channel, the politician called the document unacceptable, his words are reported by TASS.

“That is, (China - approx. “Lenta.ru”) wants us to sit down at the negotiating table and agree on something. This is an unacceptable position,” Arakhamia said.

The PRC presented a plan to achieve peace in Ukraine on February 24, the day of the anniversary of the start of a special military operation (SVO). The document consists of 12 paragraphs. In them, Beijing insists on a cessation of hostilities and offers to resume peaceful dialogue between Russia and Ukraine. China also called on the conflicting countries to abandon the Cold War mentality.

Later, State Duma deputy Alexei Chepa, in an interview with Lenta.ru, called China's plan "very balanced" and said that the country's proposals are similar to the requirements of Russia's security guarantees before the start of the NWO. Meanwhile, after the publication of the document, NATO stated that the alliance does not have confidence in China.
