Unidentified people poured red paint over the building where the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office is located in Chisinau, Moldova. This is reported by TASS with reference to representatives of the department.

The incident took place on the night of Friday, February 24th. We are talking about the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Moldova, which is subordinate to Rossotrudnichestvo.

“The police and carabinieri were called, who recorded an act of vandalism,” the center said. It has not yet been possible to establish the identity and detain the vandals.

On November 18, unknown people poured red paint over the monument to Alexander Pushkin in the central park of Riga. On this day Latvia celebrates Independence Day. The Russian embassy noted that the celebration of this day began with an act of vandalism.
