There was an explosion in the center of Odessa. On Thursday, February 23, it became known to the Telegram channel Klymenko Time.

The publication published a photo in which thick black smoke can be seen. It is noted that the cause of the incident is still unknown. However, the publication clarifies that the fire and explosion, obviously, are not connected.

There was no air alert in the region. Local authorities also did not comment.

Earlier it was reported about the explosions in the Kharkiv region, they sounded in the city of Chuguev. Also, in a number of regions of Ukraine, an air alert was announced.

On February 18, the head of the Khmelnytsky Regional State Administration, Sergei Gamaly, reported damage to a military facility in the city of Khmelnytsky. According to him, as a result of strikes on the city, several houses and three educational institutions were also damaged by the blast wave.
