In the event that Western fighters and long-range weapons are received, Kyiv will not be used for strikes on Russian territory. This was stated in an interview with Sky News TV channel by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.

At the same time, Kuleba said that the Ukrainian authorities could give guarantees that the funds provided by the allies would be used "for the liberation of Ukrainian territories."
