In Kyiv, they will test the Israeli warning system, on which they have been working for four months. This was stated by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Israel Yevhen Korniychuk, his words are reported by the Telegram channel Klymenko Time.

“Of course, we need such a system, and work on this has been going on for four months. In the public plane, they say that they will give it to us, ”he said.

Korniychuk specified that there are a number of difficulties, so the transfer of the system will take some time. According to him, the Israeli side has confirmed that the pilot project for the Ukrainian capital will be completed within three months. The ambassador said that Israel has powerful radars, and the sirens turn on "sectorally" in a certain place.

Earlier, Korniychuk said that Ukraine will not receive decommissioned Hawk anti-aircraft missile systems (SAM) from Israel, as they are in poor condition. “That is, the military attache went, touched it with his hands and confirmed that, unfortunately, there was nothing to convey. They are really from the 60s, and they were simply written off, ”he said.
