And so we are slowly gaining a foothold at the turn, ”he explained.

His subordinate, the company commander, clarified that one of the groups managed to gain a foothold 200 meters from the other, and the current task is to connect the flanks.

On the eve of the acting head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin said that the Russian military were moving in all directions on the line of contact. “They are moving hard, but they are moving in all directions,” he said.

On February 19, the commander of one of the units of the Russian volunteer detachment "Espanyola" with the call sign Vykhodnoy also said that in the area of Vogledar, the slow advance of Russian troops, including detachments of marines and Donetsk special forces battalions, began again. “This section of the front is very difficult, but our guys are moving forward everywhere. They are already fighting under the city,” he assured.
