The majority of Ukrainians surveyed reported a deterioration in their financial situation in 2022. This is evidenced by the survey data of the Rating group, according to the Strana.ua Telegram channel.

It is noted that 65 percent of respondents complained about the deterioration of their well-being - 15 percent more than at the end of 2021. 45 percent at the same time said that they do not plan anything for the future, living for today. Only 19 percent of respondents have some kind of plans for several years ahead, which is four percent less than in 2021.

In January, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine reported that in 2022, the gross domestic product (GDP) of the republic fell by 30.4 percent. The department stressed that this was the worst result in the history of the country.
