Lithuania has decided to boycott the session of the Parliamentary Assembly (PA) of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), which will be held in Vienna, due to the fact that a delegation from Russia is participating in it. This was stated by the head of the Lithuanian delegation to the OSCE PA Vilija Aleknaite-Abramikene, TASS reports.
