Acting head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin commented on the visit of US President Joe Biden to Kyiv. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

Pushilin stressed that Ukraine is controlled from the United States, so not the head of another state arrived in Kyiv, but "one of the architects of the state armed coup in 2014." The politician promised to allocate billions to Ukraine, which, according to Pushilin, "would be used to further incite hostilities."

The representative of the DPR called Biden's visit to Kyiv demonstrative and stressed that his main goal was to show "who is the boss in the house."

“But there are other important reasons as well. We need to “support” the Ukrainian people, who no longer want to fight so zealously, we need to “support” Zelensky’s falling rating, who is making increasingly unpopular decisions, we need to convince the rest of Ukraine to continue sacrificing itself for the interests of the United States,” he stressed.

Pushilin doubted that without serious arguments, Biden's supporters would not have supported his trip to Kyiv.
