Representatives of Ukraine will not participate in the session of the Parliamentary Assembly (PA) of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), which will be held from 23 to 24 February. This was announced by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Yevgeny Kravchuk, reports RIA Novosti.

“We will not take part in any official events of the Parliamentary Assembly,” the parliamentarian said.

According to Kravchuk, the Ukrainian delegation will arrive in Vienna in order to negotiate with Kyiv's partners.

Earlier it became known that members of the Ukrainian delegation would ignore the meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly if Russia participates in it. “We learned that the Austrian authorities are ready to issue visas to members of the Russian delegation, and therefore Russian parliamentarians will be present at the winter session,” wrote the head of the delegation, Nikita Poturaev, suggesting the postponement of the winter session as the only solution.

The winter session of the OSCE PA will be held on February 23 and 24, its declared agenda is the conflict in Ukraine.
