The export version of the Russian anti-aircraft missile system (ZRS) "Vityaz" will be able to work with foreign air defense systems (ADS). The features of the system were named by a representative of the design bureau of the Almaz-Antey concern, TASS reports.

“Vityaz is a fairly flexible system. We offer the customer integration into his defense system. If the customer expresses his wishes to us, where he would like to integrate the system, for example, into previously existing systems of Russian development, then this is easier to do - a minimum of work. In foreign countries, it is also possible, ”he said at the Aero India 2023 international exhibition.

The S-350 Vityaz medium-range air defense system is designed to combat aerodynamic and ballistic targets. The complex includes a command and control center, a multifunctional radar station and a self-propelled launcher that carries 12 missiles.

Earlier, the press service of the Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defense Concern reported that Aero India 2023 will show long-range air defense systems S-400 Triumph and S-350E Vityaz, which can operate autonomously or as part of the customer’s air defense system.
