The Il-114 passenger aircraft is planned to be shown at the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS in the summer of 2023. This was announced by the head of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of the Rostec state corporation) Yuri Slyusar, TASS reports.

“The assembly of prototypes continues in Lukhovitsy. We are making an airplane. We will show it at MAKS. Work on the aircraft continues. We are in close contact with our colleagues from the UEC,” he said, answering the relevant question.

The Il-114 turboprop passenger aircraft was developed in the 1980s to replace the An-24 family. Until 2012, the aircraft was produced in small series. In 2020, the new Il-114-300 aircraft with Russian TV7-117ST-01 engines made its first flight.

Earlier, Rosoboronexport reported that Russia at the Aero India 2023 air show will show promising Su-57E and Checkmate fighters, the Il-76MD-90A(E) military transport aircraft, the Il-78MK-90A tanker aircraft, as well as Su-35 fighters , Su-30SME and MiG-35D.

In November 2022, Aviastar manufactured and handed over to the Russian Ministry of Defense another serial Il-76MD-90A. There is one more Il-76MD-90A aircraft in the assembly line.
