President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message posted on his Telegram channel that the country's authorities are preparing decisions and negotiations so that Kyiv receives more international support and more weapons.

“We are preparing decisions, negotiations that should strengthen our soldiers, give Ukraine more international support, more weapons,” the head of state said.

According to him, public and non-public "formats of work" are planned.

Earlier, Zelensky noted that Ukraine and the United States had reached the level of a true union.

Prior to this, Ukrainian lobbyist Daniel Vaidich said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was afraid of losing financial support from Washington.

Currently, a special operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continues in Ukraine. It was announced on February 24 by Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to him, the purpose of military action is to demilitarize the neighboring country and denazify its authorities.

The decision to conduct the operation was the reason for new sanctions against Russia by the United States and its allies.
