The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Maria Zakharova, said that Russia is fully charged with a peaceful attitude, recalling the initiatives of Western countries to restart relations and the Soviet system of peaceful space exploration. She spoke about this on the air of the program "Picture of the World" on the TV channel "Culture".

“Our desire to build a new world is very important,” the diplomat said.

According to Zakharova, this was primarily facilitated by Russian President Vladimir Putin by investing in a reset of relations with the United States.

The representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry recalled that the USSR, being a pioneer of going beyond the Earth, did not hoist its flag there, as the United States did, but proposed the peaceful exploration of outer space.

“These two moments that demonstrated our absolute commitment to the world,” she said.

Earlier, Zakharova said that the United States is going to intimidate countries that are neutral towards Russia in order to exclude any cooperation.
