Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky may resign due to a significant weakening of the positions of US President Joe Biden and the American Democratic Party. Oleg Soskin, ex-adviser to Ukrainian ex-president Leonid Kuchma, stated this on his YouTube channel.

In his opinion, the mental and physical health of the head of the White House is deteriorating every day. In addition, the expert recalled that Biden's son Hunter is mired in corruption scandals that harm the image of the American president and his faction.

As Kuchma's former adviser pointed out, the authority of the informal leader of the Republican Party, Donald Trump, on the contrary, is gradually growing. The former president of the United States is ousting Biden's representatives from Congress, setting the stage for coming to power in the country's elections, which will be held in 2024, he said.

At the same time, Soskin drew attention to Trump's position on the conflict in Ukraine, who opposed the supply of weapons to Kyiv and called for the American authorities to concentrate their efforts on the diplomatic field to end the confrontation with Russia.

The expert considered this an alarming sign for the current Ukrainian authorities, which may be left without support if the Republicans win the elections.

In his opinion, Zelensky, the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak and “this whole group” are “actually in a trap”, which is “shrinking externally and internally”.

“Nothing will help Zelensky,” Soskin added.

Earlier, the head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, expressed the opinion that Zelensky would face the fate of a prisoner.
