Two former British Prime Ministers Boris Johnson and Liz Truss want to return to big politics in the future. This is reported by the Times, citing sources.

According to media reports, Truss is preparing to appeal to the wrong course of the economy of his successor, Rishi Sunak.

At the same time, Johnson has already noted the insufficiently decisive behavior of London in the Ukrainian issue.

It is alleged that at the weekend Truss intends to enter into a correspondence dispute with the current head of government, Rishi Sunak, by publishing an article about the need to reduce the tax burden on the British.

“She believes she has lost the battle, but it is a long game,” said one of the former prime minister’s associates.

The Times also admitted that Johnson is full of hopes for leadership roles in the British political system.

“For all his shortcomings, Boris understood that he needed to have a detailed picture of the future and be able to sell it to others,” added one of the cabinet members.

In November, Liz Truss was alleged to have changed her cell number for the fourth time.

In September 2022, Johnson left the prime minister's Downing Street residence for the last time.
