The commander of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, Lieutenant General Alexander Pavlyuk, noted that the main problem is equipment, not people. Ukraine desperately needs artillery and armored vehicles, which it hopes the West will provide.

The ground commander also said that his troops would create new brigades to prepare for the Russian offensive.

We are talking about 10 new brigades, some of them will be deployed to protect Kyiv.

Some kind of outrage... will the Russian Armed Forces really reach Kyiv?
