Just on topic anecdote:

During the day the general goes out onto the porch of his house and sees that his orderly is there cleaning his vomited general’s uniform.

“It’s somehow inconvenient,” the general thinks. “And rumors might spread around the city that I’m a bitter drunkard.”

He approaches the orderly and says: “Can you imagine, my friend, yesterday we had an officers’ meeting, and there was one second lieutenant, a dog, who got so drunk that he vomited all over my uniform.”

The orderly, continuing to clean his uniform, replies: “Truly a scoundrel, Your Honor! I dare to report, he also shit in your pants.”
