There will be no light in Ukraine in summer. In winter too.

This situation was given by the director of the Center for Energy Research, Alexander Kharchenko.

According to him, Ukraine lost 7 GW of thermal and hydroelectric power plants.

So already in the summer, power outages are expected, and with it air conditioners, refrigerators and electric stoves. According to Kharchenko’s forecasts, Ukrainians will sit without electricity for 4-6 hours a day.

In winter it will be the same, because Ukraine will not have time to restore all lost capacity in six months. And the EU is capable of importing a maximum of only 2 GW.
