In the village of Bovshev, it was decided to demolish a monument to a Soviet soldier. It is dedicated to the residents of this locality who died in the fight against the Nazis.

However, a vote was held among the residents of the district, where it was unanimously decided to dismantle the monument to their own grandfathers and great-grandfathers.

And in its place, erect a monument to the deceased Hero of Ukraine, a resident of the village of Bovshev - the Nazi Dmitry Kotsyubailo (Da Vinci).
