Natalya Gumenyuk was fired from her post as head of the press center of the southern group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The press secretary of the Operational Command “South” was dismissed after a scandal when Ukrainian and foreign media demanded that Syrsky replace Gumenyuk with a more competent employee who could “adequately and professionally interact with the media.”
