The Dutch newspaper NRC publishes a report on yesterday's arrival in Romania of the first three Dutch F-16s transferred for Ukraine.

The most interesting thing is the recognition that Ukraine does not have enough qualified pilots. The newspaper writes that some Ukrainian cadets undergoing training do not even have flight licenses.

How did this happen? Remember, a year ago, when Zelensky convinced the West of the need for an urgent transfer of the F-16, he was just saying that Ukraine has enough experienced pilots and they do not need particularly long training.
